We're looking for a Customer Success Manager CRM Specialist who doesn't just answer questions but helps organisers unlock the full potential of our new CRM platform that's set to be rolled out. Someone who loves combining technology, marketing and commercial thinking to help customers grow their audience and sell more tickets.

Your Role in the Spotlight

As our newest Customer Success Manager CRM Specialist, you'll become the go-to expert for our CRM & marketing platform. You'll guide organisers through their entire customer journey: from onboarding and training to adoption and long-term success. You are part consultant, part trainer and part campaign manager.

One moment you're helping a festival set up automated pre-event campaigns, the next you're showing a theatre how to segment audiences and increase repeat visitors. You don't just explain features; you show customers how to use them to achieve real business results. Your mission? Make every customer confident enough to run successful CRM campaigns completely independently.

Job requirements

What you'll be doing

  • The Onboarding Expert: You'll onboard new customers, configure their CRM environment, and deliver practical training using real-world examples from the event industry.

  • The Adoption Coach: You'll ensure customers not only start using the platform but also keep using it. Through proactive check-ins, best practices and smart advice, you'll drive product adoption and self-service.

  • The Campaign Consultant: You'll advise customers on audience segmentation, email marketing, automations and campaign strategies that increase engagement and ticket sales.

  • The Growth Partner: You naturally spot commercial opportunities. Whether it's introducing advanced CRM features or helping customers improve campaign performance, you're always looking for ways to create more value.

  • The Product Translator: You collect customer feedback and translate market needs into valuable insights for our Product team, helping shape the future of our CRM solution.

You're The Headliner if...

You combine customer empathy with commercial thinking. You enjoy teaching others, love technology and get excited when customers achieve measurable results.

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, CRM consulting, email marketing or campaign management.

  • You have hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo or similar marketing automation tools.

  • You understand how customer journeys, segmentation and email campaigns drive business growth.

  • You're commercially minded and know how to turn customer goals into successful outcomes.

  • You enjoy presenting, training and explaining complex topics in a simple way.

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a big plus.

  • You're proactive and entrepreneurial, and you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
