Job Description

As an Organizer Support colleague, you will work in our support team and be co-responsible for the support to organizers. You will focus on the customer journey and make sure that both event organizers are helped in the right way. As an Organizer Support Employee you can make people successful and satisfied and know how to translate wishes into a valuable extension of our service. You become extremely happy with ''Super, thank you''.

As an Organizer Support Employee you will work from Latin America together with your colleagues in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for incoming questions during off time of your Dutch colleagues. You are the point of contact for organizers and go out to clients in the medium and large business segments to strengthen relationships. You help customers to be successful by providing the best support for (technical) questions.

Job requirements

This is what you'll do

  • Provide top-notch support for (technical) inquiries;

  • Communicate primarily via phone, email, and our chatbot;

  • Ensure smooth communication with the team/colleagues regarding urgent matters or noticeable issues;

  • Act as the bridge between visitors, product, and development;

  • Regularly coordinate with Sales and Marketing to turn Weeztix into a well-oiled machine;

  • Share your knowledge and expertise about ticket buyers—both when asked and proactively.

  • You have ironclad patience and experience in a similar service-oriented role;

  • You are an excellent communicator and combine this with a hospitable and open mindset;

  • You are driven and have an unstoppable eagerness to learn;

  • You are innovative, take initiative, and think outside the box. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to take risks;

  • You feel at home in a fast-growing company where you can see the impact of your work every day;

  • You speak fluent English and Spanish;
